Founder & Educator

Alisa Garcia Williams is the founder of Alisa’s Academics LLC, an education support company dedicated to helping students thrive academically and grow in confidence. Her journey in education is rooted in her experience as a public-school teacher and as a mother of three, giving her a broad perspective on the needs of elementary students.

Her professional experience includes teaching at Bill L. Williams Elementary School and at Actis Junior High.  At these schools she taught kindergarten, 4th grade, 4th/5th grade combination and 7th grade language arts, addressing the needs of students at various academic levels.

During her time as a stay-at-home mother, Alisa remained actively involved in education by volunteering in her children’s classrooms, serving as room-parent, and coaching.

Alisa holds a Master’s in Education, a Multiple Subject Teaching Credential, and a Bachelor of Arts in English with a Minor in Human Development from the University of California, Davis. Through Alisa’s Academics, she combines her professional training with a personal touch, offering customized academic support that builds skills, confidence, and a lifelong love of learning.
